What do we believe? 

 

We are a non-denominational, bible based church.  We believe that God the Father, His son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are three separate spiritual beings. (Luke 3:21,22)  We believe that The Father sent his son Jesus to die on the cross, as an eternal offering for our sins (Rom 4:24,25), removing the barrier of sin between us and God.  We believe that he was in the tomb for three days, and resurrected on the third day, (Luke 24:6,7) to give us an opportunity at new life (Rom 6:4).  Finally we believe that he ascended into Heaven to take his rightful place at the right hand of the Father in Heaven (Mark 16:19).  Upon his ascension Jesus poured out the Holy Spirit upon all flesh that he would direct our paths from within (Acts 2:17).  Through the Holy Spirit we are able to follow, and love God (Rom 5:5).  As far as how we live our lives, we believe that if we love God the Father above all others, and love our neighbors as ourselves, we will always find ourselves in the will of God ( Matt 22:36-40)

We believe that every person that walks through our doors is lead there by God himself ( John 6:44).  Because of that, we do not use many of the extras that have become a staple in most houses of God.  Instead our services are centered around strong biblically viable teaching, to create a loving environment to ask questions, and receive the word of God.  Our church is given to the development of Christian disciples, who in turn will allow their light to shine on those in darkness everywhere they go.​
